At Pink Moon Bay, we’re always looking for ways to make your shopping experience better!
- How We Ship:
Most orders are packed up at our boutiques and sent to our Chicago warehouse once a week for processing. This helps us make sure every order is handled with care. - Sometimes Faster!
If your items are already at our Chicago store or warehouse, we can often ship them out within 1 business day — so you may get your goodies even sooner.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Return Policy
Please understand that we are a small, local business. We try to continually bring newness into our store daily. Our clients prefer that we bring a quality of different products, rather than a large quantity of the same product. Because of this, our product turnover is about 15 days.
Items are available for return within 15 days of purchase for store credit only. Unfortunately, after the 15 days, we are not able to accept the return. All sale items are final sale.
Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted.
Returns can be made in store or by mail. All returns are for store credit which can be used in-store or online, and the credit does not expire.
